Website Design & Development

Your website is the first impression most customers get. If it looks outdated, loads slowly, or doesn’t work on mobile, they’re already gone. I build custom WordPress websites from the ground up — designed around your brand, built to perform, and easy for you to manage without a developer on call.

What’s Included

Who It’s For

  • Small businesses launching their first professional website
  • Business owners whose current site no longer reflects the quality of their work
  • Companies outgrowing a template-based site and ready for something custom
  • Be sure to read through our frequently asked questions (below)

Brand & Logo Design

Before a customer reads a single word, they’ve already formed an impression. A professional brand identity builds trust instantly and gives your business something to grow into. I design logos and brand systems that are built to last, not just look good on launch day.

What’s Included

Who It’s For

  • New businesses that need a brand identity before their site can be built
  • Established businesses whose brand has never been formalized or feels dated
  • Business owners who want their logo and website designed by the same hand for consistency
  • Be sure to read through our frequently asked questions (below)

Website Performance

A slow website costs you customers and search rankings. Most small business sites have fixable problems that are quietly doing real damage — bloated images, unoptimized code, outdated plugins. I diagnose what’s actually slowing your site down and fix it, with measurable results.

What’s Included

Who It’s For

  • Business owners who know their site is slow but don’t know why
  • Sites that have dropped in search rankings without an obvious reason
  • Any business that wants to meet modern performance and accessibility standards
  • Be sure to read through our frequently asked questions (below)

Business Automation & Integrations

If you’re copying form submissions into a spreadsheet, chasing down leads manually, or running your business out of your inbox, your website isn’t working hard enough. I connect your website to the tools you already use, so the busywork happens automatically.

What’s Included

Who It’s For

  • Business owners spending too much time on manual data entry between tools
  • Companies whose website and CRM have never been properly connected
  • Teams that want their website to generate leads, not just look good
  • Be sure to read through our frequently asked questions (below)

WordPress Maintenance & Support

Your website needs attention after launch, not just before it. Plugins go out of date, security vulnerabilities emerge, and things break at inconvenient times. A maintenance plan keeps everything running quietly in the background, with a senior developer available when something needs hands-on attention.

What’s Included

Who It’s For

  • Business owners who want to stop thinking about their website and get back to running their business
  • Companies that have been burned by a neglected site going down or getting hacked
  • Agencies and freelancers that need a reliable senior WordPress developer to plug into their team
  • Be sure to read through our frequently asked questions (below)

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes! Book a free 30-minute consultation call. We’ll talk through your situation and figure out the right path forward. No pressure, no pitch.

Not necessarily, but it helps. If you don’t have a brand identity yet, we can tackle that first or handle both together. Starting with brand gives the website a stronger foundation.

Every project is scoped individually, but most small business websites start at $2,000. Larger builds with custom functionality run higher. The consultation call is the right place to get an accurate estimate for your situation.

Most small business websites take two to four weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on scope and how quickly content and feedback come together on your end.

Directly with me, start to finish. There’s no account manager between us and no junior developer doing the work. You get a senior engineer on every project.

More at the start, less in the middle, more again at the end. The biggest time investment is upfront — providing content, giving feedback on designs, and approving direction. After that I handle the build, and you’re back in it for final review before launch.

Yes. I’m based in Glens Falls, NY but work remotely with clients everywhere. Most projects run entirely over video calls, email, and shared project tools.

No. I work with whatever tool the job requires. I have experience with other platforms, including Shopify, Squarespace, and Wix. I have extensive experience with WordPress and I prefer it, because it empowers businesses to own their platform and tools; and has the notoriety of being the most stable and extensive platform for good reason. Also, it power much of the web today.

Minor revisions within the first 30 days are included. Beyond that, changes are covered under a maintenance plan or billed at my standard hourly rate.

You do, completely. All files, code, and content belong to you. You’re never locked into using me for future work.

Yes. WordPress is built for that, and I’ll make sure your site is set up so you can manage content without needing a developer for routine updates. Training is included.

Of course, if you prefer to have someone to routinely maintain and provide content updates then we can discuss a maintenance package as well.

Both. Maintenance packages provide continuous monitoring, updates, and monthly support. I’m also happy to do a one-time optimization or knock out a specific problem.

Most businesses start seeing meaningful movement between three and six months. SEO compounds over time — the work you do today keeps paying off long after the work is done, unlike paid ads that stop the moment you stop paying.

Most audits finish within a few business days. Timeline scales with site complexity.
